Licensed real estate salesperson Gamile Nezaria has always been interested in the housing market. Connecting people to their dream homes is the most exciting part of the process for her. Gamile was raised in Smithtown and is also extremely knowledgeable about South Setauket, the Three Villages community, and many of the outlying towns across Long Island. With her eyes on the prize, one of her goals is to become a top-performing agent.
Before starting in real estate, Gamile worked for 10 years as a Corporate Paralegal and then later as the office manager for a successful and busy podiatry practice. Gamile focused on the operational excellence of medical billing, supervising, scheduling, and developing strong relationships with patients, skills that translate to success. Gamile’s greatest asset as an agent is her ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. Personable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented, Gamile obtained a Certified Buyer Certificate to better assist her buying customers. Further, Gamile knows some Spanish and working knowledge of Hebrew, bringing a higher level of service to her clients.
When not working, Gamile likes spending time with her loved ones, playing the piano, reading tons of books, traveling, and staying in shape by playing pickleball or going to the gym. If you’re interested in purchasing or selling a home, or even just to ask about the market, give her a call. Gamile looks forward to helping you sell and buy homes.
